: An application to publish the two case reports was submitted to the Ethics Committee of Philipps University Marburg’s Medical Faculty and approved on 4 February 2025 (file no. 25-32RS). As both patients had died, it was not possible to obtain their consent to participate. The relatives were informed about the publication of the anonymized cases and consented to it.
