: Written approvals for human skin biopsy procedures and human fibroblast derivation, culture, and experimental use were obtained from the University of California, Los Angeles, Institutional Review Board (IRB Protocol #11-001087) and the University of California, Los Angeles Stem Cell Research Oversight Committee (UCLA ESCRO Protocol #2010-009-07). Written informed consent was obtained from each individual participant. Cells used in this study were derived in a GMP facility at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.
