: All animal procedures have been approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Chongqing Medical University (Chongqing, China), and are in compliance with the Guidelines for ethical review of animal welfare of Laboratory animals issued by the China National Standardization Management Committee (publication No. GB/T35892-2018). The use of human teeth was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Patients (age 16 and above 16) and parents/legally authorized representatives of healthy participants (age below 16) have agreed and signed the informed consent documents before the study started.
