: The use of human iPSC in this study was approved by the local ethics committee of the Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. HUVECs were obtained with informed consent and approval by the local ethics committee of the Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This work was conducted in compliance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration and Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals of the Chinese Institute of Health.
