: Human amniotic epithelial stem cells were isolated by Shanghai iCELL Biotechnology Co Ltd. from fresh amnion membranes collected from healthy mothers after cesarean deliveries in the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital with written and informed consent. The procedure was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Approval Number: [2014]11).All animal experiments were performed with the approval of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Peking University First Hospital (Approval Number: J201868).
