: Human umbilical cord samples were obtained from informed, consenting mothers at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University, and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University (approval No. SWYXLL20200121-22), which abides by the Helsinki Declaration on ethical principles for medical research involving human participants.
