Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Fetal liver tissue collection and use were performed according to the guidelines and with the approval of the French National Ethic Committee (authorization No. PFS10_011). BM samples were obtained according to good clinical practices with approval from the people protection committee (CPP 09025) and from the national commission for informatics and Liberties (CNIL Eyo1066211J). Human adult peripheral blood were obtained from the French Establishment of Blood (EFS, authorization 14/5/011). This activity was declared to and authorized by the French Ministry of Research under number AC-2008-376 and to the French Organization for standardization under number 201/51848.1.All fetal and adult samples were obtained with the written informed consents of subjects according to the Helsinki Declaration.
