: Human deciduous teeth samples were collected as discarded biological/clinical samples from BA and healthy donors (<i>n</i> = 3, 5–7 years old) in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Special Needs Dentistry of Kyushu University Hospital. Procedures for handling the human samples were approved by the Kyushu University Institutional Review Board for Human Genome/Gene Research (Protocol Number: 738-01, 02, 03, and 04). Written informed consent was obtained from the guardians on behalf of each child donor. All animal experiments in this study were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use of Laboratory Animals of Kyushu University (protocol number: A20-041-0 and A21-222-0).
