: In cell transplantation for the treatment of diabetes mellitus in model dogs, all procedures and the study design were conducted in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (Ministry of Science and Technology of China, 2006) and were approved by the Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Northwest Agriculture and Forest University (Approval No: 2021002).
