: Breeding (BR16-1203) and experimental protocols (R16-1200) in this study were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). BR16-1203 was approved on 18<sup>th</sup> January 2017 and R16-1200 was approved on 23<sup>rd</sup> August 2017. The approved title of both protocols is: Educating Maternal Immunity to Improve Donor Cell Engraftment: The Kinetics of Maternal Immune Cell Trafficking and A Novel Therapeutic Strategy in a Murine Model of Allogeneic Intrauterine Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
