: The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University on September 25, 2018, and followed the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (ChiCTR2000034624). The approval number was the No. 9 Ethical Approval of clinical application of medical technology in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University in 2018. The title of the project was “clinical study of an autologous adipose extracellular matrix/stromal vascular fraction gel (ECM/SVF-gel) in the promotion of scar and chronic wounds healing”. All participants were informed, in detail, about the purpose of and methods involved in the study and signed the informed consent.
