: All human vWAT samples from obese donors and age-matched normal weight individuals were obtained with informed patient consent and under the approval of IRB of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, China (Title of an ethical approved project, “Establishment of metabolic surgery clinical data and biological sample database”, Approval number, KY2018-036-02 and date of approval, July 4, 2018).
