: Residual specimens from clinical peripheral blood examination of stem cell donors were collected by Buddhist Tzu-Chi General Hospital, Hualien, Taiwan. The informed written consents were provided by participants and obtained using protocols approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation. The following approval IDs were obtained for the respective studies: IRB099-131 for "Comparison of global gene and microRNA expression profiling between different efficacy of peripheral blood stem cell donors mobilized by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor" approved in March 2013, IRB104-152-A for "Searching for the molecular markers for good G-CSF responders" approved in February 2016, and IRB108-03-A for "Potential roles of selectin, autophagy, inflammatory related molecules in granulocyte-colony stimulating factor-triggered hematopoietic stem cell mobilization" approved in March 2018.
