: This human study entitled “Bringing the benefits of precision medicine to children in Western Australia” was approved by the Child and Adolescent Health Services, Human Research Ethics Committee. Approval number RGS0000000166. Date of approval 7<sup>th</sup> August, 2017. Principal Investigator, Timo Lassmann. The patient recruitment to this study was initiated with contact to the patient’s parent by a genetic counsellor based at Genome Services Western Australia. Next, a member of the research team contacted the parent to provide study information, and the patient’s parent completed the patient information consent form for participation in the study.
