: We obtained written informed consent from the parents or guardians of the children who participated in the study. The study, titled ‘A Study on the Characteristics and Regenerative Characteristics of tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells using tonsil tissue removed after tonsil resection,’ underwent evaluation by the Dankook Institutional Review Board, receiving approval number DKUH 2022-04-012 on 2022.06.22. Furthermore, all aspects of animal research were conducted in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Dankook University.
