: HUCPVCs were obtained from umbilical cord of healthy donors after informed consent and the project was approved by the Institutional Evaluation Committee (CIE) from School of Biomedical Sciences, Austral University (Protocol No. 16–038, approval date: 18th February 2019).Animals were maintained at our Animal Resource Facilities (School of Biomedical Sciences, Austral University) in accordance with the experimental ethical committee and the NIH guidelines on the ethical use of animals.
