: The approved project title is “Study on the Effects and Mechanisms of Exogenous Mitochondrial Co-transplantation Reversing Ischemic Hypoxic Injury in Fat Transplantation.” The institutional approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, with approval number (2023) Animal Registration No. (15), approved on March 10, 2023. 0.2 ml of 1% sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneally into each nude mice for anesthesia. The nude mice are euthanized using CO2 anesthesia to minimize animal suffering. All patients provided written informed consent.
