: This study was conducted in compliance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and written informed consent was obtained from all patients. The protocols for generating HLA-edited healthy donor-derived iPSCs were approved by the Ethics Committee of Center for iPS Cell Research and Application (approval number #CiRA19-03, Research on establishment of HLA-edited iPS cell stock for clinical application, approval date; 2019/June/4). Experiments involving human primary bone marrow were approved by the same committee (approval number #G1052, Establishment of evaluation criteria for regenerative medicine of musculoskeletal tissues, approval date; 2020/December/8).
