: Our studies include human resource dental pulp stem cells and animal studies was approved as followed detail. (1) Title of the approved project: The potential epigenetic mechanism of glutamate metabolism and αKG regulating dental pulp stem cell differentiation; (2) Name of the institutional approval committee: Ethics Committee of West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University; (3) Approval number: No. WSHSIRB- D-2022-519(for human dental pulp stem cells) and NO.WSHSIRB-D-2022-669(for mouse experiments); (4) Date of approval: 2022.12.15. The patients provided written informed consent for the use of extracted human teeth samples for cell culture and further research. All samples were extracted due to medical needs. The procedure of cell isolation and cultivation was described in “Methods”.
