: The title of the approved project is Study on the effect of Wnt10 and PTEN on BMP9 induced osteogenic differentiation in mesenchymal stem cells. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Chongqing Medical University (CQMU). The approval number is IACUC-CQMU-2022-0021, and the data of approval is Dec 31, 2022. This study does not encompass any human samples or data.The cell lines used in this study, including C3H10T1/2 (CCL-226), 3T3-L1 (CL-173), MC3T3-E1 (CRL-2593), C2C12 (CRL-1772), MEFs (SCRC-1008), and HEK293 (CRL-1573), were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), which has been confirmed that ethical approval was obtained for the collection of these cells. ATCC has also verified that informed consent was obtained from the donors, where applicable, in compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations.
