Approval was granted by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, China. The approved project title is “Adipose stem cell exosomes treatment for acute radiation dermatitis”, with approval number 2023IIT115, granted on December 26, 2022. All human adipose tissue and skin fibroblast samples used in this study were obtained with written informed consent from the patients prior to sample collection. For research involving animals, the study protocol was approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The approved project title is “Adipose stem cell exosomes treatment for acute radiation dermatitis”, with approval number 2021099, granted on December 28, 2021. All procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines for animal research and welfare.
