: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Binzhou Medical University: Project title: Study on the mechanism of stem cell exosomes in treating premature ovarian failure (Approval number: No. 2023-24. Date of approval: June 23, 2023). We obtained the human umbilical cord from Affiliated Yantai Hospital of Binzhou Medical University. The participants provided written informed consent for the use of the samples (hUMSCs).
