: TMSCs were isolated from the tonsil tissues of patients under the age of 10 who underwent tonsillectomy, with informed written consent obtained from their legal guardians. The protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital, Korea (Approval Number: EUMC-2019–08-030). The project, titled "Isolation of Tonsil-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Tonsil Tissue and Its Characterization," received IRB approval on August 30, 2019.
