: The 253G1 hiPSC line, established from dermal fibroblasts by the Yamanaka group [ ], was obtained from the RIKEN BioResource Research Center under a Material Transfer Agreement and used in accordance with its terms. The parental dermal fibroblasts (Cellosaurus accession # CVCL_DP59) were originally purchased by the Yamanaka group as a commercial product from Cell Applications, Inc. (San Diego, CA, USA), which acquires tissue samples through procurement organizations operating within hospitals in the United States. These organizations adhere to professional standards of practice and applicable regulations, including obtaining proper informed consent from donors and securing appropriate ethical approval for the collection of human tissues.
