: For animal experiments, the study entitled “Generation of Multifunctional Stem Cells Using Genome Editing Technology and Their Application in Diabetic Wound Healing Research” was approved by the Catholic Kwandong University Animal Ethics Committee (CKU-01-2022-001) on Jan 1st, 2022, and performed according to the guidelines for ARRIVE guidelines 2.0. The human cells used in this research were purchased from a commercial vendor, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. According to the vendor, the original source of these cells adhered to strict ethical guidelines during collection. This includes obtaining institutional ethical approval and informed consent from the donors. As per Thermo Fisher Scientific’s publicly available documentation, all human-derived biological materials are collected following internationally recognized ethical standards and applicable laws and regulation (). The use of these cell lines also complies with the terms outlined in the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific. The authors confirm adherence to these guidelines throughout the study.
