: This study was conducted in strict adherence to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Ethics Review Board of the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command (Approval Number: NZLLKZ2023051). The approved project title is “Characteristics of Brain-Gut Axis Regulation in Intestinal Dysfunction Induced by Special Environmental Operations”, It was awarded on September 27, 2023. The current study is an integral part of the aforementioned ethically approved research program. All human peripheral blood samples used in this study were obtained after acquiring written informed consent from patients prior to sample collection, with approval by the relevant ethics committee. For research involving animals, the study protocol was approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee of the Medical Ethics Review Board of the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command. The approved project title is “Characteristics of Brain-Gut Axis Regulation in Intestinal Dysfunction Induced by Special Environmental Operations”, with approval number SYDW2022111, granted on December 12, 2022. All procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines for animal research and welfare.
