: The experiments involving human jawbone-MSCs in this study were approved by the Ethical Committee of Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital Medical University (Title: The Effect of circ_0054633-miR-491-5p-LPR10 Signal Axis on Osteogenic Differentiation of Alveolar Bone BMSCs and Implant bone Bonding Rate in Type 2 diabetes Patients; Ethical Review No. CMUSH-IRB-KJ-YJ-2023-07; Date of approval: 2023-2-24). This study adhered to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. The human jawbones were obtained with informed patient consent. The Alveolar Bone BMSCs were cultured and used from passages 3–5 in our experiments. The patients provided written informed consent for the use of the samples. The animal experiment was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Beijing Stomatological Hospital of the Capital Medical University (Title: The Effect of circ_0054633-miR-491-5p-LPR10 Signal Axis on Osteogenic Differentiation of Alveolar Bone BMSCs and Implant bone Bonding Rate in Type 2 diabetes Patients; Approval number: KQYY-202211-007; Date of approval: 2022-12-18). For the animal experiments, we euthanized the experimental animals with cervical dislocation. The original source (SIBS, CAS, China) confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for the collection of human cells and that the donors signed informed consent forms.
