: The cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts are obtained from two iPSC lines (UKKi032-C and UKKi037-C), which are provided under an MTA with the Uniklinik Koln. There the original material was obtained from material of healthy donors under ethical approval. All subjects provided signed informed consent prior to participation on 14-7-2016 and 25-8-2016. The IPSC lines are deposited at the European Bank for induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (EBiSC, ) and listed at the international online registry hPSCreg (). The use of human iPSCs for research purposes is approved by the ethics committee (TCBio, title: UNRAVEL, approval number: 12–387, 19–9-2023) of University Medical Center Utrecht (Utrecht, the Netherlands). Lonza has confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for collection of HUVECs, and that the donors had signed informed consent. All experiments were conducted according to the criteria of the code of proper use of human tissue used in the Netherlands.
