: All animal procedures and collection of human specimens have been approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (Project: The role and molecular mechanism of exosomes derived from adipogenic BMSCs in steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, No. 2022-K105, Date: 2022.03.03). Informed consent was obtained from each donor following approval by the Institutional Review Board of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. All animal studies complied with the International Guiding Principles for Biomedical Research Involving Animals. Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were purchased from Otwo Biotech, Guangdong, China (). Otwo Biotech confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for collection of BMSCs and HUVECs, and the donors had signed informed consent. HEK-293T cells were purchased from ATCC, USA (). ATCC confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for collection of HEK-293T, and the donors had signed informed consent.
