: All experiments involving SCAPs were approved by the Ethical Committee of Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital Medical University (Approval Title: YTHDF2 regulates the dental differentiation and regeneration of FBLN1 and apical papillary stem cells through m6A methylation; Approval Number: CMUSH-IRB-KJ-2023-007-A-01-CS; Approval Date: 2023-02-13). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Human SCAPs were obtained with written informed consent from the donors. The cells were cultured and used at passages 6–13 in this study. The original source of the SCAPs, SIBS, CAS (China), has confirmed that initial ethical approval was obtained for human tissue collection and that informed consent was signed by all donors. Human WJCMSCs: The WJCMSCs used in this study were purchased from Cyagen Biosciences Inc. (Product code: HUXUC-01001, OriCell®). According to the manufacturer’s product documentation, the cells were derived from umbilical cords of healthy, full-term donors who had provided informed consent. The cells were collected in compliance with ethical standards and are intended solely for research use. Additional information is available in the product manual: . HEK 293T cells: The HEK 293T cell line (ATCC CRL-3216) used in this study was obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). This cell line was originally derived from the kidney of a human fetus by Stanford University and subsequently deposited at ATCC. According to the ATCC product documentation, the cell line is intended exclusively for research purposes and was established in accordance with the applicable ethical and regulatory standards at the time. Animal experiments: All animal procedures were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Beijing Stomatological Hospital, Capital Medical University (Approval Title: YTHDF2 regulates the dental differentiation and regeneration of FBLN1 and apical papillary stem cells through m6A methylation; Approval Number: KQYY-2022; Approval Date: 2023-01-01). Animal euthanasia was performed by by intravenous injection of an overdose of pentobarbital sodium (150 mg/kg) under ethical guidelines to minimize animal suffering.
