: The human hiPSC (HD-iPSC-57 and HD-iPSC-72) used in this study were obtained from the Coriell Institute (Cat. ID: ND41657 and GM23225, respectively). According to publicly available documentation from the Coriell Institute, all cell lines were collected under protocols approved by an institutional review board (IRB), and informed consent was obtained from all donors (see: ). No additional ethics approval was required for this study. A Material Transfer Agreement was in place between the Coriell Institute and our institution.
