: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Binzhou Medical University: Project title: Study on the mechanism of stem cell exosomes in treating endometrial fibrosis. Approval number: No. 2024-26. Date of approval: June 25, 2024. We obtained the human umbilical cord from Affiliated Yantai Hospital of Binzhou Medical University. The participants provided written informed consent for the use of the samples (hUMSCs). The isolation and using of hUMSCs have been approved by the Ethics Committee of Affiliated Yantai Hospital of Binzhou Medical University (Approval number: 2022 − 123, Date of approval: October 16, 2022). The hESCs source company Wuhan Churuike Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (CRK Pharma, China) obtained prior ethical approval to collect human cells and all donors signed informed consent forms.
