: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University (Clinical and Basic Research on Genetic Metabolic Diseases in Children, Approval Number: SDFE-IRB/P-2022015) on April 18, 2022. For this study involving human participants under the age of 16, informed consent was obtained from the legal guardians of all participants. Guardians were provided with comprehensive information about the study and its purpose, and signed written consent forms were collected prior to the collection of blood samples for genetic testing and subsequent personalized interventions.
