: Rats in this study were purchased from the laboratory Animal Center of Wuhan University (China). All animal experiments were performed under the guidance of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Wuhan University. The experimental protocol was approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments of Wuhan University, Wuhan, China (Title of the approved project: "Research on the Role and Mechanism of Stress-Induced Adipose-derived Stromal cells in Promoting Bone Healing." Approval number: ZN2024028; Date of approval: April.1st.2024.). All efforts were made to minimize animal suffering. The human cells (HUVECs) were separated from human umbilical vein vascular wall, the HUVECs (PUMC-HUVEC-T1; Cat NO: CL-0675) used in our experiments were originally purchased from a commercial vendor (Wuhan Pricella Biotechnology Co.Ltd. Wuhan, China). The original source has confirmed that there was initial ethical approval for collection of human cells, and that the donors had signed informed consent ().
