: All animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Sun Yat-sen University and was conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines 2.0. The approved study is titled “The mechanisms of Payer’s patch derived Nestin + mesenchymal stromal cells in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease”, with approval granted on January 3, 2021 (Approval number: SYSU-IACUC-2021-B0098). Methods for each procedure were performed in accordance with the approved guidelines and regulations. The study was approved by Zhongshan School of Medicine Ethics Committee.
