: MSCs were isolated from human umbilical cords, which were collected immediately after delivery from donors at Xi’an No. 4 Hospital following the acquisition of written informed consent. Ethics approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Xi’an No. 4 Hospital (Reference No. 20190012; Approval Project Title: “Study on the Correlation of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Gestational Diabetes and Infant Metabolic Abnormalities”; Date of Approval: Aug 7, 2019). The laboratory animals were handled in accordance with the “Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals” and the “Animal Welfare Act in China”.
