: Under ethical approval of the Abu Dhabi Health Research and Technology Ethics Committee and informed consent of participants (ADHRTC-2022-326, primary umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSCs) from two donors were obtained from discarded umbilical cord biowaste during birth, following standard routine protocols at Abu Dhabi stem cell centre (ADSCC). Additionally, the Research Ethics Committee of Khalifa University of Science and Technology Institute review board approved the study “Regenerative therapies for musculoskeletal disorder” for sample collection (H22-026).
