The study entitled “Exosomes regulate the osteogenic efficacy and mechanism of ADSCS in Col I-RGD modified n-HAP scaffold Research” was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Hospital of China Medical University (Date: Feb 26, 2018, [2018]2018-110-2). The original source confirmed that the collection of ADSCs received initial ethical approval and the donor signed an informed consent form. 2. All animal experiments conducted in this study were approved by the Laboratory Animal Welfare and Ethical Review of China Medical University under the title “The Application and Research of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells” with authorization number CMU20231074, first approved on October 20, 2023. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the China Medical University Animal Experimentation Regulations. Throughout the experimental period, the health status of the mice was monitored by observing their activity levels, general behavior, and weight conditions. Other than surgical intervention, no humane endpoints were set, as the protocol posed no risk of distress.
