: All the MSCs used in this study were purchased from RoosterBio. The company provided the following information: RoosterBio sources commercially available in vitro research use only human bone marrow aspirates and adipose tissue from qualified proprietary vendors. All cell collections are from healthy adult consented donors. Collection protocols and the donor-informed consent documents are approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB).
