: The animal experiments were approved by Beijing Maidikangna Biological Co., Ltd, ethical approval of Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Psoriasis-like Dermatitis in Mice, date of approval: July 2024 (approval number MDKN-2024–016) and we performed according to the “Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”. Ethical approval for extraction of discarded adipose tissue was approved by the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, ethical approval of Mechanisms of Action and Research Progress in Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Immune Diseases, date of approval: January 2024 (approval number 82300129). Informed consent was obtained from the donor of the waste adipose tissue. The HaCaT cell line used in this study was obtained from a commercial supplier. It was originally established from human skin tissue obtained with informed consent from the donor, as described in the foundational publication by Boukamp et al.
