: The animal experiments were approved by Beijing Maidikangna Biological Co., Ltd, ethical approval of Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy for Psoriasis-like Dermatitis in Mice, date of approval: July 2024 (approval number MDKN-2024–016) and we performed according to the “Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals”. It was originally established from human skin tissue obtained with informed consent from the donor, as described in the foundational publication by Boukamp et al.
