: Human PBMCs were obtained from a healthy volunteer donor at RIEKN with written informed consent. This study has been performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. All experiments were performed with authorization from the Institutional Review Board for Human Research at RIKEN Integrative Medical Sciences (IMS) and Chiba University. The project title is Establishment of disease and treatment models using human immune cell-derived iPS cells (2023-5; approved on February 9th, 2023). All animal experiments were performed under institutional guidelines and approved by RIKEN’s Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
