: The research titled “From Collapse to Comeback: Luteolin Rejuvenates Nucleus Pulposus Progenitor Cells via SIRT1/ATF5–UPRmt to Reverse Intervertebral Disc Degeneration Cascade” was granted ethical clearance by the Yangzhou University Animal Ethics Committee under the project entitled “Construction of a rat intervertebral disc degeneration model and experimental study of related pharmacological interventions” (Approval No. 202403237, approved on March 15, 2024).
