: Commercially available human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) were used in this study. The hiPSC lines 585A1 and 201B7-Ff were obtained from the RIKEN BioResource Research Center (BRC, Tsukuba, Japan). These cell lines were originally established from human donors with appropriate ethical approval and written informed consent at the source institution, as previously reported [ ] and in accordance with the guidelines of RIKEN BRC ( ). The cell lines were provided through the National BioResource Project and used under the conditions specified by RIKEN BRC. Because no donor-identifiable information was involved and no human materials were collected directly by the investigators, specific institutional ethics approval for human participants was not required according to the policy of Showa Medical University. All animal experiments were approved by the Showa Medical University Animal Experiment Committee (Approval No. 125015) and conducted in accordance with institutional and national guidelines.
