: All the UCB samples were collected and used under the approval of the Ethical Committee of the Blood Center of Zhejiang Province. Title of the project is "Bioengineered iPSC-derived megakaryocytes for the detection of HPA-15 specific alloantibodies" and the date of approval is February 3rd, 2023. Written informed consents were obtained from all the donors for the use of their samples in this study. The animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and title of the protocol is "In vivo functional assessment of HLA universal megakaryocytes" (Approved date: September 9th, 2024).
