: The project “Research on Dopamine-Induced Differentiation of Pluripotent Stem Cells into Retinal Pigment Epithelium for the Treatment of Retinal Degenerative Diseases (TJYY2022120241)” was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital (May 21, 2023). Human iPSC line 30HU-002 used in this study were obtained commercially from iXCells Biotechnologies( ). According to documentation provided by the supplier, the original human tissue samples used to derive the iPSC line were ethically sourced, IRB-approved human tissue or blood samples with full regulatory compliance ( ). The cells were used under the terms and conditions of the supplier, and all research complied with institutional ethical standards for use of commercially sourced human cell products.
