: After institutional ethics board approval (CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario) Research Ethics Board, protocol #19/49X), tissue samples were obtained, as secondary use of clinical samples, from the archived specimens of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at CHEO, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
