: Written informed consent was obtained from the patient in accordance with paragraph 37 of the updated Declaration of Helsinki, “Unproven Interventions in Clinical Practice,” and in accordance with the German Medical Products Act AMG §13 2b. All applicable international, national, and/or institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed. In particular, all animal experiments were carried out according to the guidelines of Swiss Regulations for Animal Welfare.
