: The original study adhered to the principles outlined in the NHS Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care (2nd edition), the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). It was also conducted in compliance with the Protocol, the Data Protection Act and other regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as appropriate. The data that was used in this project has been acquired after the participant’s consent was obtained for the original study (REC reference 12/LO/1955, IRAS Project ID: 103938). Use of this data was covered in the original consent form, which stated that the data acquired could be used in future related research, and therefore ethical approval was waived for this study.
