: The local institutional review board (ethics committee of the medical council of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg) approved this retrospective single-center study and waived the requirement for informed consent (PV7316). Written informed consent for PET/CT with [<sup>68</sup> Ga]Ga-PSMA-I&T PET/CT was given by all patients. All methods were carried out in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
