: This study was conducted by the Amsterdam UMC and the Netherlands Cancer Institute – Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (NCI-AVL) as tertiary referral centres within the Prostate Cancer Network the Netherlands. Approval of the institutional review board of both hospitals was obtained for this study, meanwhile waiving the need to receive informed consent (VUmc2019.586 and IRBd20-041). All methods were carried out in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments.
